Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how NESTORE LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under partnership number OC459720, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications and related services. Our registered address is Stoney Works 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom SE19 3BD.

This policy applies to all of our mobile applications, including iFaxer, Secret: Hide Pictures & Videos, Fill & E-Sign PDF Documents, Speed Reading App, Words of Affirmation, 2FA: Mobile Authenticator, AI Storage Cleaner, Private Photo Vault, SMS Activate, AI Song & Music Generator, President Simulator, and Reboot (collectively, the “Apps”). Our Apps are consumer-facing mobile applications available for download free of charge on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with optional in-app purchases.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please do not use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

The types of information we collect depend on which App you use and how you interact with it. We are committed to collecting only the information that is necessary to provide and improve our services.

2.1 Personal Information You Provide

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. This includes your email address if you contact us for customer support, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us directly. When you submit a support request through our website, we store the email address you provide in order to process your request and respond to you. When you submit an account deletion request, we use the identifier you provide (email address, Firebase UID, or Device ID) solely to locate and delete your data; we do not store these identifiers after the request has been processed. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information simply to use the core features of our Apps.

2.2 Usage Data

When you use our Apps, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information. This can include your device type and model, operating system version, app version, general usage patterns (such as which features you use and how frequently), session duration, language and regional settings, and crash reports or error logs. This data helps us understand how our Apps are used, diagnose technical problems, and make improvements.

2.3 In-App Purchase Data

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. Apple and Google handle all payment transactions in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. We may receive a confirmation that a purchase was made and details about the type of purchase (such as which subscription tier you selected) in order to unlock the corresponding features within the App, but we do not have access to your underlying payment information.

2.4 Photos, Videos, and Documents

Certain Apps, notably Secret: Hide Pictures & Videos, Fill & E-Sign PDF Documents, Private Photo Vault, and AI Storage Cleaner, allow you to work with photos, videos, and document files. These files are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal photos, videos, or documents on any external server or cloud storage system. Access to your device’s photo library, camera, or file storage is requested only when needed for the App’s core functionality, and you can manage these permissions through your device’s settings at any time.

2.5 Audio and AI-Generated Content

The AI Song & Music Generator App uses AI-powered features to generate music content. When you use these features, your text prompts are sent to our servers for processing, and the generated audio is downloaded back to your device. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train our models or for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested. Prompts are not retained after processing is complete.

2.6 Game Progress and Decisions

The President Simulator App is a text-based strategy game. Your in-game decisions and progress are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit your gameplay choices to any external server. Anonymised usage analytics (such as session duration and feature usage) may be collected to help us improve the game experience.

2.7 Rewarded Ads and Advertising Identifiers

Some Apps, including AI Song & Music Generator, may offer optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are not required to use the App. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, we and our advertising partners may process information needed to request, deliver, measure, and verify the ad and reward. This may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted (such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers on iOS if App Tracking Transparency permission is granted, and Google Advertising ID on Android where available), IP address, device and app information, coarse location inferred from IP address, reward verification identifiers or server-side callback parameters, ad impression, click, and interaction data, app interaction data needed for ad delivery and frequency capping, and diagnostics or performance data.

We currently use Unity LevelPlay / ironSource for rewarded ads. The list of mediated ad networks may change before or after launch, and we review the privacy practices, SDK disclosures, SKAdNetwork identifiers, consent vendor settings, and store declarations for each ad partner before enabling it in production. We do not share your song prompts, generated lyrics, generated audio, personal media files, or support messages with advertising partners for ad targeting.

On iOS, we may use Apple’s SKAdNetwork or other privacy-preserving attribution tools to measure ad campaigns. We may also request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the device advertising identifier or allowing tracking as defined by Apple. If you decline App Tracking Transparency permission, rewarded ads may still be available, but ad personalization and certain measurement features may be limited.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, we use a separate advertising consent flow or consent management platform before requesting, loading, or showing ads. Consent for song generation or other App features is separate and is not treated as advertising consent. If you decline or withdraw advertising consent, we will apply that choice to our ad requests as required by applicable law and supported by our advertising partners.

2.8 Habit Tracking and Recovery Data

The Reboot App helps users break unwanted habits through structured recovery plans, trigger tracking, daily check-ins, and mood journaling. All personal recovery data — including your progress, journal entries, mood logs, trigger records, and onboarding answers — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or transmit your personal recovery data to any external server. If you choose to participate in the anonymous community feature, only the text you voluntarily post is sent to our servers; posts are not linked to your real identity. Anonymised usage analytics (such as session duration and feature usage) may be collected to help us improve the app experience.

2.9 SMS and Virtual Phone Numbers

The SMS Activate App provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. When you use this service, SMS messages are received through our servers and delivered to you within the App. We process this data solely to provide the verification service and do not retain SMS message content after delivery. Virtual phone number usage data may be retained for billing and fraud prevention purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing and maintaining our Apps: to deliver the features and functionality you expect, including processing in-app purchases and enabling core App features.
  • Improving our Apps: to analyse usage patterns and identify areas for improvement, fix bugs, and develop new features that are useful to our users.
  • Customer support: to respond to your enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance when you contact us.
  • Analytics: to understand aggregate trends in how our Apps are used, which helps us make informed decisions about product development and resource allocation.
  • Rewarded ads: to offer optional ads in exchange for in-app credits, request and show ads, prevent fraud and abuse, measure ad performance, apply frequency caps, and confirm rewards through server-side verification.
  • Legal compliance and safety: to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to protect the rights, safety, and property of NESTORE LLP and our users.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. Where required, we provide controls to opt out of those advertising uses. We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to those described in this policy.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate with or rely on certain third-party services. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

  • Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Our Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and all in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google respectively. Their collection and use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, crash reporting, and backend services. Firebase may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
  • Amplitude: We use Amplitude for product analytics to understand how our Apps are used. Amplitude may collect anonymised usage data such as which features you interact with, session duration, and device information.
  • Unity LevelPlay / ironSource: Some Apps use Unity LevelPlay / ironSource to provide optional rewarded ads. Unity and enabled ad partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, device and app information, coarse location inferred from IP address, reward verification identifiers or server-side callback parameters, ad impression, click, and interaction data, diagnostics, and other information needed for ad delivery, reward verification, fraud prevention, measurement, reporting, and frequency capping. Their practices are governed by Unity’s applicable privacy notices and the notices of any enabled mediated ad partners.
  • Advertising consent tools: Where required, we may use Google User Messaging Platform or another consent management platform to collect, store, and communicate your advertising privacy choices to supported ad partners.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of any third-party services that our Apps interact with.

5. Data Storage and Security

We design our Apps with your privacy in mind. Personal media files such as photos, videos, and documents that you use within our Apps are stored locally on your device. Some Apps require server-side processing to deliver their core features (such as AI music generation and virtual SMS reception), but we do not permanently store your personal content on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

For any information that we do collect (such as usage analytics and support correspondence), we implement reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you uninstall an App, any data stored locally on your device by that App will be deleted as part of the standard uninstall process. Support correspondence, analytics data, and rewarded-ad verification data that has already been collected may be retained in accordance with this policy. Advertising partners may retain ad delivery, measurement, and diagnostics data according to their own privacy notices.

6. Children’s Privacy

Most of our Apps are rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and 3+ (Everyone) on the Google Play Store. Some Apps, such as Reboot, carry a higher age rating (13+) due to the nature of their content. All of our Apps are designed for a general audience appropriate to their respective age ratings. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nestore.co so that we can take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include:

  • Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to deletion: You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data. You can submit a deletion request through our account deletion page.
  • Right to opt out of analytics: You can limit or disable analytics data collection through your device’s privacy settings. On iOS, you can go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements to manage what analytics data is shared with app developers.
  • Ad and tracking choices: You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and you can reset or delete the advertising ID on Android through Settings > Privacy > Ads where supported by your device. Where an App presents an advertising privacy options screen or consent management form, you can use it to change or withdraw your advertising choices. If you cannot access the relevant control in the App, contact us at support@nestore.co.
  • Right to restrict processing: In certain circumstances, you may have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our support page or at support@nestore.co. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymised form and is not linked back to individual users after initial processing.

Content stored locally on your device by our Apps is under your control. You can delete it at any time through the App or by uninstalling the App from your device.

9. International Data Transfers

As our Apps are available internationally, the limited information we collect may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Apps, or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes to how we collect or use your personal information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a notice within the affected App or on our website.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
